1月8日，21财经《辟谣财知道》注意到，有市场消息称 爱玛科技 （603529.SH）“寒冬已至”，减员超50%，高端品牌“零际”、国际事业部两大部门成为重灾区，售后等部门也出现不同程度人员离职。此次 爱玛科技 人员调整为近几年幅度最大的一次，很多员工离职时仅获得1个月工资作为补偿。 　　对此，21财经·南财快讯记者以投资者身份致电 爱玛科技 ，接线工作人员表示，公司不存在减员超50%的情况，“人员优化属于企业发展过程中很正常的一种调整，是匹配公司的一个经营发展需要的，但是并没有他说的这么的夸大。” 　　此外，前述工作人员确认，公司有高端品牌“零际”、国际事业部两大部门，但相关部门均在正常运行，不存在前述报道中描述的情况。当前公司生产经营正常，预计今年4月份才披露年报。 　　公开资料显示，爱玛科技主营业务是电动两轮车（包含：电动自行车、电动轻便摩托车、电动摩托车）及电动三轮车等品类的研发、生产与销售。2025年前三季度，公司营收为210.93亿元，同比增长20.78%；归母净利润为19.07亿元，同比增长22.78%。 　　截至13:41，爱玛科技涨0.89%，报30.55元\/股，总市值为266亿元。 （文章来源：21世纪经济报道）
