1月15日晚，A股养猪龙头 牧原股份 (002714)发布的2025年度业绩预告显示，公司预计全年实现净利润151亿元至161亿元。 　　近年来， 牧原股份 持续“打磨”成本，使得企业盈利水平领先于行业。2025年，该公司商品猪完全成本继续不断下降，根据公开信息测算，预计 牧原股份 2025年全年平均生猪养殖完全成本在12元\/公斤左右，较2024年的14元\/公斤成本下降2元\/公斤。 　　除养殖业务之外，2025年，牧原股份屠宰肉食业务也实现跨越式发展。该公司屠宰肉食板块已在2025年第三季度成功实现单季度盈利。据公开信息推算，预计牧原股份2025年屠宰量超过2800万头，同比实现翻倍增长，产能利用率大幅提升。 　　近日，牧原股份还披露，公司控股股东牧原实业集团已完成全部股权质押解除手续，秦英林家族旗下合计持有55.11%的公司股份正式进入零质押状态。本次解除质押股份数量为4750万股，占牧原实业集团持股总量的5.6%。 　　2025年，牧原股份积极推进国际化战略，海外布局进入实质性落地阶段。 　　据此前披露，2025年牧原股份先后与越南BAF公司、泰国正大集团达成合作，聚焦东南亚市场展开养殖业务布局，以技术输出+本地化运营的海外发展模式，为公司长期发展开辟了新的增长曲线。同时，公司港股发行项目已顺利获得中国证监会备案并完成港交所聆讯，公司表示正积极推进相关工作，预期港股发行后将会为公司国际化业务进一步提供助力。 　　牧原股份表示，公司正坚定推进国际化战略，希望将在国内已经验证的技术与成本优势复制到具有高增长潜力的海外市场，并且整合全球资源持续提升自身竞争力。 （文章来源： 证券 时报网）
