在26年1月，Windows 11 的「週二補丁日」更新給用戶帶來麻煩。更新導致設備出現應用程式凍結、應用程式損壞，甚至無法關機的嚴重影響。雖然微軟在第二次緊急 OOB 更新（KB5078127 和 KB5078132）進行解決，但讓用戶的體驗感大幅下降。<\/p>\n

<\/a>微軟表示，收到「少量報告」，有部分用戶在安裝1月13日及之後發佈的 KB5074109 更新後，電腦出現無法啓動並「UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME」錯誤。<\/p>\n

微軟的公告如下：<\/p>\n

「我們收到少量報告，稱部分設備在安裝2026年1 月13日發佈的 Windows安全更新及後續更新後，無法啓動並顯示停止代碼『UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME』。受影響的設備屏幕會顯示黑屏，並顯示『您的設備遇到問題，需要重新啓動。您可以重新啓動。』的提示信息。此時，設備無法完成啓動，需要手動執行恢復步驟。」<\/p>\n

值得一提的是，微軟官方並未提供具體的操作步驟，僅僅表示問題影響的是運行 Windows 11 25H2 和 24H2 客戶端版本的本地電腦，具體問題還在調查。<\/p>\n

近年來微軟都在積極推進新功能，但層出不窮的問題讓用戶越來越不滿。客觀指數顯示 Windows 11 是速度快、穩定性好、安全性高的系統。可 Windows 社區中卻是與操作系統實際技術狀況相反的用戶反饋。<\/p>\n
