【明報專訊】樓市近月氣氛向好，政府亦一改近年僅推出中小型住宅地的策略。發展局長甯漢豪昨日公布2026\/27年度賣地計劃，連同9幅官地、一鐵一局及私人重建項目等，新一年度土地可供應單位料約22,580伙，其中來年度港鐵唯一計劃推出的項目、即屯門第16區站二期便已涉約5510伙，除為1980年代後、即逾40年來港鐵最大規模單一招標項目外，有關伙數亦已佔來年度整體土地可提供伙數近四分之一。有業界建議港鐵考慮將項目分期推出，以減低投資風險，料有助增加發展商競投意欲。…
