新华财经圣保罗3月27日电（记者杨家和）中 国新能源 汽车 品牌在巴西市场实现标志性突破。巴西 汽车 销售商联合会（Fenabrave)最新数据显示，2月份 比亚迪 海豚车型（BYD Dolphin Mini）以4094辆的销量位居巴西 汽车 单月零售榜首，成为该国历史上首个在单月零售榜中排名第一的 新能源 车型，也是中国汽车品牌车型首次登顶该榜单。 根据Fenabrave公布的数据，巴西2月销量排名第二和第三的车型分别来自大众（Volkswagen Tera）和现代（Hyundai Creta），均为传统燃油车型。 比亚迪 在其巴西官网发布声明称，这是“巴西汽车市场的历史性时刻”——电动汽车首次在零售端超越燃油车。公司同时披露，海豚mini车型上市以来在巴西累计销量已超过6.2万辆。 Fenabrave分析，这一变化标志着巴西汽车市场消费结构正在发生转变，能源价格变化对汽车市场产生直接影响。巴西汽车销售商联合会同时引用 巴西石油 公司（Petrobras）公布的数据称，2026年3月初巴西普通汽油平均价格约为6.30雷亚尔／升，较2020年同期的4.60雷亚尔／升上涨约37%。在国际油价突破每桶100美元的背景下，能源成本上行趋势进一步强化提升电动车的经济性优势。 与此同时，政策支持亦在持续发挥作用。目前巴西16个州及联邦区对电动或混动汽车提供不同程度的IPVA（车辆所有权税）减免，包括圣保罗州、里约热内卢州、米纳斯吉拉斯州等主要经济区域。尽管部分地区已开始讨论逐步调整优惠政策，但整体支持体系仍为 新能源 汽车推广提供重要支撑。 Fenabrave统计，2025年 比亚迪 已跃升为巴西销量排名第四的汽车厂商，并成为当地电动汽车市场销量第一的品牌。 （文章来源：新华财经）
