近日，国务院食安办对2026年央视“3·15”晚会曝光的 食品安全 问题涉及的成都市、重庆市合川区政府负责人进行了约谈，督促地方依法严厉查处违法行为，深刻剖析问题产生的原因，深入查找工作中的薄弱环节，并举一反三，采取有效措施加以整改，切实保障人民群众“舌尖上的安全”。市场监管总局还对晚会曝光的其他相关问题，约谈了杭州市、温州市、苏州市、郑州市、沈阳市政府负责人。 约谈指出 央视“3·15”晚会曝光的问题，根本原因在于部分生产经营者主体责任未得到有效落实，也暴露出有的地方属地管理责任履行不到位，发现问题的能力不足，日常监督检查存在短板漏洞。 约谈要求 相关地方政府要深刻认识 食品安全 工作和维护市场秩序的极端重要性，切实增强责任感、紧迫感和使命感，严格落实“四个最严”要求，对晚会曝光的问题依法深挖彻查，保持严惩重处高压态势；要狠抓责任落实，依规依纪依法对相关责任单位和责任人严肃追责问责，扎实开展“一案双查”；要深刻汲取问题教训，举一反三深入开展排查整治，强化全链条全领域监管，健全风险防范化解机制，坚决杜绝类似问题再次发生，有力维护消费者合法权益，努力营造安全放心的消费环境。 来源：国家市场监管总局 （文章来源：消费日报财经）
