四川在线记者 刘珩 “检测人员在压力罐中晕倒，周围有大量有毒气体硫化氢溢出，急需专业救援……”3月31日，成都一家化工厂内，成都市特种设备检验检测研究院（以下简称成都市特检院）开展了压力容器有限空间作业中毒、窒息事故应急演练，130余人现场观摩学习。 救援人员装备空气呼吸器和高空作业安全带开展救援。受访者供图 在特种设备领域，压力容器、锅炉等都属于有限空间。这些空间大多封闭、半封闭、通风条件较差，极易出现有毒气体聚集、易燃易爆物质超标、氧含量不足等隐患，堪称隐藏在身边的“夺命陷阱”。 演练现场，监护人员发现有人中毒后，没有贸然进入危险区域，而是第一时间上报指挥中心，同时拨打120急救电话呼救。应急预案迅速启动：警戒组拉起警戒带，疏散周围人员，并架起通风设备持续通风，排散有毒气体；救援组穿好专业防护服，佩戴空气呼吸器和有毒气体检测装置，按照操作规程进入开展救援；待中毒人员被转移出来后，医疗组立即上前实施心肺复苏，并送医救治。整个演练紧张有序、衔接顺畅，达到了预期效果。 救援人员搭建救援绞车，成功将“中毒者”转移出有限空间。受访者供图 “先通风、再检测、后作业。”演练结束后，相关专家开展了有限空间作业安全培训。值得注意的是，当作业中发生意外时，切勿盲目施救，否则容易出现“葫芦娃救爷爷”的情况，导致救援人员接连中毒，进一步增加救援难度和事故损失。 成都市特检院相关负责人表示，将以此次演练为契机，持续加强应急演练的实战化与规范化，不断提升检验人员的安全防范意识和应急处置能力，筑牢安全防线。
