王程 四川在线记者 秦勇 “会议议程紧凑，3个会议大半天就开完了，既省时又高效。”近日，乐山市夹江县将县委农村工作会议、县委党建领导小组会议、全县群众身边不正之风和腐败问题集中整治专题会整合到一天召开，成为乐山市精简会议改进会风、切实为基层减负的一个缩影。 乐山市深化拓展整治形式主义为基层减负工作，坚持以解决问题为导向，强化会前研判和会议预审，严控会议源头和数量，统筹整合内容相近、时间相邻、人员重合的会议，严格落实开短会、讲短话要求，科学设置会议议程，并大力推行“多会合一、视频套开”等模式，让基层干部腾出更多精力干实事、抓发展。 “我们将整治形式主义为基层减负纳入重点监督清单，持续加强对精文减会相关制度落实情况的监督检查。”乐山市纪委监委相关负责人介绍，市纪委监委会同市整治形式主义为基层减负专项工作机制办公室等，常态化开展调度抽查，持续压紧压实各单位主体责任。 此外，乐山市坚持正面引导和反面警示相结合，一方面选取典型问题进行不定期通报，形成有力震慑；另一方面结合树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育以及在全市开展的“谋实事、务实干、创实绩”作风建设专项行动，教育引导领导干部发挥“头雁”效应，以上率下带动基层干部在潜移默化中养成良好作风。
