中证报中证网讯（记者万宇） *ST美谷 4月2日晚发布关于公司股票可能被终止上市的第五次风险提示公告，公司股票存在被终止上市的风险。 公告显示，公司于2025年4月29日披露了《关于公司股票实施退市风险警示和其他风险警示暨停牌的公告》，因公司2024年度末经审计的净资产为负值，同时因最近三个会计年度扣除非经常性损益前后净利润孰低者均为负值，且年审机构对公司2024年度财务报告出具带持续经营重大不确定性段落的无保留意见审计报告、担保诉讼和债务逾期事项导致公司所有已开立的 银行 账户和部分控股子公司主要 银行 账户被司法冻结，公司股票于2025年4月30日开市起被实施“退市风险警示”，同时继续被实施“其他风险警示”。 公司于2026年1月30日披露了《2025年度业绩预告》，经公司财务部门初步测算，预计2025年实现营业收入为85,000万元至105,000万元；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为-55,000万元至-39,000万元；2025年末归属于上市公司股东的所有者权益为154,000万元至200,000万元。 （文章来源：中国证券报·中证网）
