新华财经维也纳4月6日电（记者孟凡宇）石油输出国组织（欧佩克）5日发表声明说，8个“欧佩克+”主要产油国决定5月日均增产原油20.6万桶。至此，8国已连续两个月宣布增产。 沙特阿拉伯、俄罗斯、伊拉克、阿联酋、科威特、哈萨克斯坦、阿尔及利亚和阿曼的代表当天举行线上会议，讨论国际石油市场形势及前景。会后声明说，8国强调保护国际海上航线、确保能源流动畅通的重要性。8国对能源基础设施遭袭表示关切，完全恢复受损能源设施不仅代价高昂且十分耗时，影响全球整体供应。 声明还说，任何破坏能源供应安全的行为，无论是袭击基础设施还是扰乱国际海上航线，都会加剧市场波动，影响生产者、消费者和全球经济。相关产油国主动采取措施确保能源供应持续稳定，特别是使用替代出口路线，缓解了市场波动。 “欧佩克+”由欧佩克成员国与俄罗斯等非欧佩克产油国组成。2025年3月，上述8国决定自同年4月1日起逐步增加原油产量。此后，8国每月保持增产直到12月。2026年1月至3月，8国宣布由于季节性因素暂停增产。3月，8国决定4月日均增产20.6万桶。 （文章来源：新华社）
