消费质量报全媒体记者 李静玮 今年以来，市场监管总局共发布7份食品抽检不合格情况通报，共组织食品安全监督抽检16367批次样品，检出314批次样品不合格，不合格率1.92%。 不合格产品品类分布 不合格产品批次：共 314批次 不合格项目分布 不合格项目项次：472 次（按频次统计，同批次多项目计多次） 从抽检不合格品类来看，调味品、香辛料、干货是最易出现不合格的品类，达 72 批次，占比22.9%。该品类的质量隐患主要集中在二氧化硫超标、防腐剂滥用、色素超标三大方面。糕点\/面包\/饼干、母婴\/特殊膳食、饮料\/饮品紧随其后，不合格占比分别为 13.10%、12.10%、11.50%。 从不合格项目看，二氧化硫残留量超标问题最为突出，共89批次，占比28.30%，主要集中在白芷、山奈、山药片等香辛料及干货、蜜饯、酱菜等干制腌制食品。防腐剂超标或混用不达标、色素超标分列二、三位，占比分别为21.30%、15.30%。 此外，抽检发现，粉条\/粉制品的铝残留问题高发；糕点\/面包\/饼干类食品频繁出现防腐剂超标、微生物污染、色素滥用等问题；母婴及特膳食品则存在营养成分虚标、含量不达标等突出问题。 值得关注的是，线上平台食品质量风险显著高于线下。天猫、拼多多、抖音、快手、美团\/饿了么等主流线上平台，不合格食品批次占比超过70%，且多存在冒用厂名厂址、商家自行分装等违规行为。 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
