【明報專訊】宏福苑火災後，發展局去年12月宣布全港逾200幢已展開大維修的樓宇須下架棚網，並停止外牆工程，直至確認新棚網合格才可上架，當中包括房屋局獨立審查組（ICU）管轄的5個居屋及租置屋邨。事隔4個半月，該5屋苑僅荔枝角居屋清麗苑完成外牆工程，已重鋪新棚網的火炭居屋穗禾苑、深水埗居屋怡閣苑及柴灣租置屋邨峰華邨未有復工時間，牛頭角居屋安基苑則因工程顧問「鴻毅」辭任而陷停工。本報觀察，有停工屋苑的竹棚已出現多處腐化現象，有居民擔憂單位長期被圍封引致安全和衛生問題，冀盡快復工。…
