<\/a>隨著 AI 短劇與數碼人技術快速普及，人臉肖像權交易已形成公開市場，普通素人肖像被低價收購的現象引發廣泛關注。<\/p>\n

近日，愛奇藝宣佈超百名明星入駐 AI 藝人庫，標誌著 AI 肖像商業化進入新階段。與此同時，素人肖像被 AI 短劇擅自盜用的糾紛頻發，不少博主反映自己的照片未經允許被用於 AI 建模，肖像權遭到侵犯。<\/p>\n

目前，線上線下湧現大量 AI 肖像權招募，流程簡單便捷：參與者提供身份證及多角度照片、影片，完成授權後即可獲得報酬，簽約時長多為一年，費用按時長或作品數量結算。普通群演、素人的 AI 肖像建模一年價格僅 100 元，部分針對特定年齡段人群的招募，定價同樣為 100元(人民幣。下同)，且多以 “線上快速辦理、酬勞現結” 吸引參與。<\/p>\n

相較之下，有一定知名度的模特、演員，AI 肖像授權費稍高，區間在 500元至 8000 元。有短劇演員透露，經紀公司僅願出價 500元購買其人臉一年 AI 使用權，折算每月不足 50元，價格低廉引發爭議。<\/p>\n

AI 技術的快速應用，在帶來創作便利的同時，也讓肖像權保護面臨新挑戰。低價收購、擅自盜用等問題，亟待完善相關規範，守護普通人的數碼肖像權益。<\/p>\n
