人民财讯4月20日电， 成大生物 (688739)4月20日披露年报，2025年实现营业收入13.9亿元，同比下降17.06%；归属母公司股东的净利润1.32亿元，同比下降61.56%。公司拟每10股派发现金红利1元(含税)。报告期内，经营业绩变动主要受以下因素影响：一是营业收入方面，报告期内公司境内外销售收入呈现结构性分化。受行业竞争加剧、渠道主动去库存及狂犬病暴露预防处置工作规范（2023年版）调整等因素 综合 影响，境内销售收入有所下降；境外销售收入实现稳步增长，部分抵消了前述影响。二是净利润方面，除营业收入下降因素外，资产减值损失增加、销售费用及管理费用减少、公允价值变动收益增加等因素共同影响了利润表现。三是现金流量方面，公司经营活动产生的现金流量净额为3.41亿元，同比下降31.96%，主要是因销售回款减少所致。 （文章来源：证券时报网）
