上证报中国证券网讯（记者刘暄）上海证券报记者4月19日从 京东 获悉， 京东 服务在行业首推“赛博医疗体系”。当 机器人 发生故障时，厂商、消费者可通过 京东 下单，“ 机器人 救护车”1分钟响应、2小时即可上门，“小病”当天即可修复。如果 机器人 损伤严重，可借助 京东物流 网络送至就近的维修中心。 据悉，目前京东服务已经在全国布局8大维修中心，对损伤的 机器人 进行“大病诊疗”。数据显示，4月以来，京东服务维修工程师全程保障超300位 机器人 选手的训练、比赛，帮助多位参赛 机器人 迅速恢复重返赛场。 京东表示，为全面保障机器人参赛，京东服务专门部署多辆“机器人救护车”，并派遣专业机器人维修工程师驻守赛道各补给站，随时为参赛机器人提供补能、换电、维修等全方位服务，及时处理各类突发故障。 （文章来源：上海证券报·中国证券网）
