本报宁波4月18日讯（记者郭存举）全年计划开展1500场 线上线下 招聘活动，举办创业活动超100场……浙江省宁波市推出一系列务实举措，吸引各类青年人才选择宁波、扎根宁波。 前不久，树优（宁波）科技有限公司自主研发的产品成功入选工信部首版次软件评测产品名单。“从初创期的资金托举，到成长期的产业链对接，企业的发展壮大离不开宁波市鄞州区对人才的全周期赋能。”公司董事长赖宇阳说。 人才跟着生态走，产业跟着人才走。为加快推进青年发展型城市建设，着力营造青年人才宜业宜居生态，宁波推出青年人才潮“甬”行动方案，为青年人才构建就业赋能、创业支撑、安居保障、乐享服务四大体系。 自2019年起，宁波每年发起“谷雨之约”，举办人才日活动，已经成为国内外人才认知宁波、选择宁波的重要载体。今年宁波人才日以“春潮‘甬’动，共赴星海”为主题，策划推出系列活动，其中潮“甬”双选会突出 人工智能 赋能千行百业，将组织超150家企事业单位，推出“AI+”岗位1000余个。 宁波市委组织部副部长朱志勇告诉记者，宁波是一座欣欣向荣的城市，也是青年人才成长成才的发展沃土，“谷雨人才日”的设立是宁波渴求人才、礼遇人才的生动诠释。宁波将紧紧围绕建设一流创新生态目标，进一步强化人才日展现城市形象、人才环境、创新文化等软实力的功能定位，推动各类人才与城市双向奔赴、共同成长。 （文章来源：经济日报）
