4月14日， *ST中地 (000736)公布2025年年报，公司营业收入为147.1亿元，同比下降19.6%；归母净利润自去年同期亏损51.8亿元变为亏损17.1亿元，亏损额有所减少；扣非归母净利润自去年同期亏损53.2亿元变为亏损17.2亿元，亏损额有所减少；经营现金流净额为-2.78亿元，同比下降108.7%；EPS(全面摊薄)为-2.2884元。 其中第四季度，公司营业收入为4.14亿元，同比下降93.8%；归母净利润自去年同期亏损36.5亿元变为亏损65.4亿元，亏损额进一步扩大；扣非归母净利润自去年同期亏损37.6亿元变为亏损5299万元，亏损额有所减少；EPS为-8.7487元。 截至四季度末，公司总资产23.77亿元，较上年度末下降97.8%；归母净资产为12.08亿元，较上年度末增长133.8%。 需要注意的是，上年财务数据发生了重述，上文计算基于重述前的数据。 公司在2025年度报告中提到，报告期内完成了重大资产重组，将 房地产开发 业务相关资产及负债转让至控股股东地产集团。此次交易于2025年8月31日正式交割，标志着公司不再从事 房地产开发 相关业务，成功实现了战略转型。 在重组交割前，公司主营业务主要涵盖 房地产开发 经营与销售，涉及住宅、商业、公寓及产业园等多元业态。重组完成后，公司的业务重心转向物业服务、 资产管理 与运营等轻资产业务，致力于构建 综合 性城市运营服务商，推动向轻资产运营模式的转型。 （文章来源：财中社）
