四川在线记者 刘春华 四川今年将扩大劳务专合社社员工伤保障试点范围，在前期广元试点的基础上，将试点范围扩展至广元、遂宁、内江、南充、达州、巴中、资阳等7个市和兴文、仁寿等2个县，让更多农村灵活就业人员得到工伤保障的心愿变为现实。 4月19日，记者从四川省人力资源和社会保障厅获悉，为破解农村灵活就业人员工伤保障难题，四川省借鉴新就业形态人员职业伤害保障试点经验、依托全省三级劳务体系建设成果，通过分步骤、渐进式试点模式，创新开展劳务专合社社员工伤保障制度。2023年10月，在广元市青川县启动了劳务专合社社员参加工伤保险试点，打破参保身份界限，以按天缴费的灵活方式，让农村灵活就业人员也能享有工伤保障权益。2025年1月，此项试点扩至广元市全域，同时进一步将参保年龄扩大到16—70周岁。 省政府办公厅近日出台的“投资于人”20条政策措施明确提出，拓展劳务专业合作社社员工伤保障试点范围，力争2027年在全省范围内全面实施。为进一步健全完善工伤保险政策体系，保障农村灵活就业人员权益，按照“投资于人”20条政策措施相关部署，四川省人力资源和社会保障厅会同四川省财政厅、国家税务总局四川省税务局，决定扩大四川省劳务专业合作社社员工伤保障试点范围。 目前，全省已印发统一的试点办法，对经办指导、系统对接、基金管理等进行统一，各试点地区正有序开展业务培训和前期准备工作，整体试点扩围拟于5月正式启动。按照部署，预计2027年将在试点基础上，在全省范围内推开劳务专合社社员工伤保障工作。
