【明報專訊】宏福苑物管公司「置邦」於大火前協助大維修承辦商宏業替消防水缸放水，並關閉消防泵總電掣（俗稱刀掣），導致警鐘等裝置在大火時失效。消防承辦商宏泰早前在聽證會供稱火災前已發現警鐘失效及水缸缺水，但認為無責任通知消防處，稱此屬另一個負責關閉裝置的承辦商之責任。消防處長楊恩健昨於聽證會表示，消防處通函一直要求消防承辦商，如發現大廈消防系統損壞，須向處方匯報，稱承辦商理應不清楚另一承辦商申請消防裝置關閉通知書（SDN）的內容，但只要發現消防系統有問題便應匯報，「這是註冊承辦商的責任」。…
