四川在线记者 刘佳 记者4月27日从成都市市场监管局获悉，本月起至10月，成都市将聚焦生产环节掺杂掺假、非法添加、假冒侵权、虚假宣传等问题，开展为期半年的酒类产品突出问题全链条集中排查整治。 作为整治行动的重要开端，近日，成都市市场监管局率先组织全市酒类生产企业及食品小作坊、酒用食品添加剂企业主要负责人开展全覆盖培训考核，共有近500人参训，旨在从源头压实主体责任，提升风险防控能力。 成都市市场监管局相关负责人表示，根据综合治理方案安排，全市市场监管系统将在培训基础上，持续聚焦生产环节掺杂掺假、非法添加、假冒侵权、虚假宣传等突出问题，深化“互联网+AI”智慧监管，推动关键点位视频监控全覆盖、溯源数据全接入，并依托技术平台强化风险预警。对排查中发现的问题将建立台账、限期整改，对违法行为依法从严查处，坚决守住食品安全底线，维护“蓉酒”品牌声誉，护航产业高质量发展。
