【明報專訊】宏福苑大火揭露業主大會授權票問題，兩名民政事務總署及大埔民政處人員昨日在聽證會作供。獨立委員會代表資深大律師杜淦堃表示，有證據顯示有區議員獲取不少授權票，關注會否與區議員職責牴觸，又問若區議員獲大量授權票會否主動調查。時任大埔民政專員陳巧敏稱授權票本身合法，只要授權方式合法便無牴觸法例，而有傳聞指有人以欺詐手段獲授標票是嚴重指控，若收具體投訴會交執法部門跟進。聽證會早前披露宏福苑大火時任法團主席徐滿柑曾向民政處投訴區議員黃碧嬌以協助居民申請資助為名收取授權票，惟民政處無跟進。…
