【明報專訊】自2016年九龍灣淘大工業村時迷你倉四級大火後，政府未引入發牌制度，改以現行法規加強監管。審計署昨發表報告指出，當局對未遵從消防指示的迷你倉跟進不足，截至去年6月30日有129間迷你倉未遵從消除火警危險通知書或火警危險令，其中34間未曾被消防檢控，部分因未能送達通知書加上巡查時處所上鎖而無法檢控；亦有275個迷你倉未遵屋宇署法定命令，在向處所擁有人發出的法定命令中，高達72%已過了遵從時限，但相關者仍未被屋宇署轉介檢控。…
