為了結束這種情況，NBA正在推動一項 NBA選秀 改革，旨在阻止輸球，但同時不完全忽略選秀的重點：讓聯盟中表現較差的球隊獲得優秀新秀，以便未來有所進步。只是，這個制度不是按比例來決定（你表現越差，選秀機會越大），而是鼓勵球隊「比其他球隊更不差」，以獲得更好的選秀勝算。<\/p>\n
