三峡集团5月2日消息，2日，继1号竖井于2025年底实现贯通后，国家《 抽水蓄能 中长期发展规划(2021—2035年)》“十四五”重点实施项目——浙江松阳 抽水蓄能 电站2号竖井实现贯通。至此，在智能作业设备“天工号”的助力下，该电站布置的两条竖井实现全线贯通，掘进深度创我国 抽水蓄能 行业之最，标志着我国在超深竖井智能建造领域取得新突破。 松阳抽蓄电站由上水库、下水库、输水系统、地下厂房和地面开关站等建筑物组成，其引水系统采用一级竖井布置——1号和2号竖井深度均为637米，相当于将两幢200多层的高楼垂直嵌入山体。面对超深、断层、渗水、超硬岩的地质条件，传统钻孔爆破法在施工效率与作业安全上面临诸多困难。 为此，三峡集团所属三峡建工松阳公司创新应用我国自主研发的首套700米级超深竖井智能作业装备，其核心是重达480吨的“天工号”全断面竖井掘进机。据了解，“天工号”采用独特的锥形刀盘设计，能够自适应复杂岩层条件，并通过五层平台集成布置，融合推进、支护、供水、电气控制、激光导向及消防、5G通讯网络等子系统，实现了“井下无人、井上操控”智能成井。施工中，“天工号”表现优异：2号竖井创造了最大月掘进进尺278.28米的行业纪录，施工效率较传统方式提升10倍，仅用61天便安全高效完成单条竖井的开挖支护。 据悉，“天工号”在圆满完成松阳抽蓄电站建设任务后，将整体转运至其他项目继续使用。这意味着我国超深竖井智能建造装备已具备标准化、可复制的工程应用条件，可为后续同类型项目建设提供成熟可靠的技术支撑。 据了解，松阳抽蓄电站位于浙江省丽水市松阳县，为日调节纯抽水蓄能电站，设计安装4台单机容量35万千瓦的可逆式水轮发电机组，计划于2027年底实现首台机组并网发电。电站建成后，将主要承担电网调峰、填谷、储能、调频、紧急事故备用等任务，对保障华东电网安全稳定运行、促进 新能源 消纳具有重要作用。 （文章来源：中国证券报·中证网）
