新华财经伦敦4月30日电英国央行30日宣布，维持现行3.75%的基准利率不变。 英国央行这一决定符合市场预期。尽管3月份的英国通胀已经逆转此前的下降趋势，上行至3.3%，但推动英国物价上涨的主要因素是能源价格。排除能源价格，3月份，英国的核心通胀指数从2月的3.2%下降至3.1%。 与此同时，英国经济增长动能非常疲弱，劳动力市场持续放缓。在就业率上，在2025年12月至今年2月期间，英国的就业率环比下跌了0.1个百分点，至今未恢复至疫情前水平；在市场空缺岗位上，在今年1月至3月，与去年10月至12月相比，减少了29000个，这是2021年2月至4月市场岗位空缺数的最低点；在雇员收入上，在2025年12月至今年2月期间，英国雇员的收入，不包括奖金则上涨3.6%，包括奖金则上涨3.8%，均较此前一个季度为低。 在此种情况下，尽管通胀趋势已经逆转，但对于英国央行来说，最为稳妥的措施是继续观望，以待情形进一步明朗。如果贸然加息，将对已经疲弱的经济增长构成进一步的打击。“英国央行面临滞胀困境。降息可能导致通胀固化，而加息则可能对本已脆弱的经济造成重大损害。”英国商会（BCC）研究主管David Bharier说。 （文章来源：新华财经）
