为深入贯彻党的二十大和二十届历次全会精神，认真落实四中全会部署，贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想和习近平总书记重要指示批示精神，根据《生态环境保护督察工作条例》规定，经党中央、国务院批准，第三轮第六批中央生态环境保护督察全面启动。组建7个中央生态环境保护督察组，分别对辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、广东、广西、西藏、新疆7省（区）和新疆生产建设兵团开展督察，进驻时间1个月。具体如下： 第一组：辽宁省，组长蔡名照、副组长徐必久； 第二组：吉林省，组长付志方、副组长张雪樵； 第三组：黑龙江省，组长欧阳坚、副组长翟青； 第四组：广东省，组长宋秀岩、副组长董保同； 第五组：广西壮族自治区，组长姚增科、副组长赵英民； 第六组：西藏自治区，组长叶冬松、副组长郭芳； 第七组：新疆维吾尔自治区和新疆生产建设兵团，组长冯正霖、副组长李高。 督察组深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义，增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”，坚持稳中求进工作总基调，树立和践行正确政绩观，坚持以人民为中心，坚持服务大局，坚持系统观念，坚持问题导向和严的基调，坚持精准科学依法，突出重点、较真碰硬，有序有效推进督察工作。深入贯彻落实中央八项规定及其实施细则精神，坚决落实党中央整治形式主义为基层减负有关要求。进驻期间，各督察组分别设立联系电话和邮政信箱，受理被督察对象生态环境保护方面的来信来电举报。
