【明報專訊】宏福苑大火聽證會昨討論法團管理問題，曾參與貝沙灣業主委員會逾10年的獨立委員會委員陳健波認為，法團工作屬義務且繁忙，「有人有心做，亦有唔少人想攞着數」，如法團有9名成員，開會門檻只需5人，當中3人同意便可通過議案，應反思制度有否問題。他稱「香港問題是叻人好多，但叻又肯做嘢嘅人就好少」，憂大火後更難覓能者挺身做法團，建議多依賴物管公司，輔以條例監管。政府擬修例限每人收授權票數量。陳認為授權票需存在，建議訂立抽查授權票真偽的比例，倘有問題即全數查核。…
