索尼可能因一宗備受矚目的集體訴訟而被迫向數百萬玩家退款。美國法院現已初步批准一項近800萬美元的和解金，原因是該公司被指控濫用其在數位市場的主導地位。<\/p>\n

公司在 一份新聞稿中表示：<\/p>\n

「法院已初步批准原告與被告之間的擬議和解（即「和解」）。擬議的和解金將規定支付7,850,000美元（「和解金額」），以解決原告及和解集體成員對被告的索賠。」<\/p>\n

這一切始於六年前，當時索尼封鎖了多家零售商販售 PlayStation 的數位遊戲代碼。批評者認為這迫使玩家必須直接透過 PSN 購買，因此沒有競爭對手。<\/p>\n
