四川在线泸州消息(侯懿峰)为全面提升跨区域森林火灾协同应对和应急救援能力，近日，泸县毗卢镇联合永荣镇、宝峰镇，在宝峰工区国有林场组织开展森林防灭火及人员救援综合演练。 本次演练模拟林区因持续高温干旱引发突发火情，火势迅速蔓延，现场有巡护人员被困受伤。接到火情报告后，毗卢镇立即启动应急响应，同步向永荣镇、宝峰镇通报情况，三镇迅速启动联防联控机制，调集森林扑火、医疗救护等力量赶赴现场。 抵达现场后，扑火队员根据火场态势，熟练运用风力灭火机、二号工具、高压水枪等装备，采取“多点突破、分击合围”战术，快速控制火势蔓延。与此同时，应急救援组迅速进入火场周边区域，成功发现两名“伤员”并转移至安全区。等候在旁的医疗救护组立即对伤员实施心肺复苏、骨折固定、创伤包扎等急救措施，随后用救护车模拟转运至就近医院。后勤保障组同步做好物资调配和通讯保障，确保各环节衔接顺畅。 据了解，此次跨省综合演练检验了川渝两地森林火灾扑救及人员救援中的应急响应、协同作战和综合保障能力，推动了毗邻镇域之间信息互通、资源互助、队伍互援的深度融合，为保障川渝交界地带人民群众生命财产安全奠定了基础。
