川观新闻记者 赵张冬 5月11日，沃尔沃汽车宣布其大中华区管理层最新任命：大中华区总裁兼CEO袁小林决定卸任公司日常运营管理工作，前奔驰高管段建军接任，加入集团全球核心管理层及全球销售管理层，并向中国董事会汇报。 段建军将即刻履新，全面执掌大中华区端到端业务，负责全价值链的工业和商业整体运营（研产供销）。袁小林将在未来一段时间内支持管理层的平稳交接。 资料显示，袁小林于2010年吉利收购沃尔沃汽车期间加入公司，担任并购负责人。2017年，他被任命为沃尔沃汽车集团全球高级副总裁、亚太区总裁兼CEO，并加入集团执行管理团队。此后，他出任沃尔沃汽车大中华区总裁兼CEO。 在袁小林的领导下，沃尔沃汽车大中华区进一步巩固了市场地位并拓展了业务版图。在其任内，业务规模实现两倍以上增长，并为电气化转型、区域能力建设以及开发更适合中国消费者的产品奠定重要基础。 段建军拥有超过30年的汽车行业经验，曾在梅赛德斯-奔驰、宝马在华企业担任高级管理职务。他与沃尔沃汽车的渊源可以追溯至30多年前，当时他以维修技师身份为沃尔沃汽车售后服务工作。 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
