5月10日， 信立泰 （002294）发布公告，近日，公司创新生物药JK07（SAL007）治疗慢性心力衰竭的RENEU-HF临床研究取得阶段性分析数据。 该研究旨在评估JK07在治疗HFrEF和HFpEF患者中的疗效与安全性，所有患者在入组前均接受了多种推荐药物治疗，目前研究已基本达到了预期目标。 研究结果显示，JK07在改善患者心功能方面具有积极信号，尽管组间差异未达到统计学显著性。具体而言，JK07在KCCQ评分上相较安慰剂组显示出临床意义的改善，预期目标剂量组在第12周治疗结束时经安慰剂校正后总体症状评分（TSS）改善超过5分，且该改善持续至第26周。此外，在LVEF较低的患者中，KCCQ评分的改善更为显著。总体来看，JK07在患者临床症状和功能性指标方面观察到一致的积极信号，且整体安全性与给药剂量和频次呈现明显相关性。 公司计划基于现有数据分析，持续推进JK07的后续临床研究，以进一步验证其在慢性心衰患者中的有效性与安全性。需注意的是，目前仅获得第26周的中期分析数据，尚未获得52周的完整临床研究数据，后续临床结果仍存在不确定性。 2026年一季度， 信立泰 实现收入12.28亿元，归母净利润2.25亿元。 （文章来源：财中社）
