<\/a>今年4月有供應鏈消息稱，Apple 的首款摺疊屏手機 iPhone Ultra（iPhone Fold）在富士康開啓試產階段。<\/p>\n

試產是裝置正式量產的重要環節，是對裝置的全方面驗證。正常需要經過工程驗證、設計驗證和生產試產驗證，全部通過裝置才可以進行正式量產。<\/p>\n

<\/a>近期博主 @剎那數碼 表示，iPhone Ultra 在試產階段出現了阻礙。主要是摺疊屏裝置的耐用性難題。<\/p>\n

關於 iPhone Ultra 的屏幕折痕問題，Apple 基本接受現階段的方案，並且經過測試，可以實現「長期穩定保持」視覺無摺痕狀態。<\/p>\n

導致 iPhone Ultra 停在試產階段的難點在於鉸鏈的可靠性。據博主透露，iPhone Ultra 在經過長期高頻的開合測試後，其表現無法達到 Apple 的品控及格線，需要解決該問題才能進一步開啓量產。<\/p>\n

Apple 針對當前摺疊屏手機普遍存在的摺痕問題，傳言稱會採用液態金屬鉸鏈，進一步減少摺痕可見度，提升結構的強度。<\/p>\n

結合目前爆料，預計 iPhone Ultra 採用橫向內摺方案，採用 5.3吋外屏 + 7.7吋內屏，首發搭載 A20 Pro 處理器。<\/p>\n
