四川在线记者 彭瑀珩 5月14日下午，四川省2026年“5·15全国投资者保护宣传日”主题活动在成都东郊记忆启动。活动现场，一台人形机器人敲响铜锣，宣布本次活动打造的“投资者保护杂货铺”亮相，吸引不少市民参与体验。 活动现场 本次活动由四川证监局指导，四川省证券期货业协会主办，四川熊猫投教联盟承办，四川10家证券期货经营机构共同参与，面向社会公众普及资本市场知识，提升风险防范意识。 本次活动以场景化宣传为特色，将各类投资风险转化为通俗易懂的“商品”进行展示：把非法荐股比作“江湖郎中处方”，将内幕交易喻为来路不明的“走私货”，把场外配资界定为高风险“违禁品”，直观揭示各类违法违规投资行为的危害。活动现场还设有“投资者保护下午茶”咨询台，由专业投教工作人员现场解答疑问。 活动现场 “逛下来学到了不少投资相关知识，也清楚了维权流程。”一位现场参与的投资者说。 针对投资者可能遇到的纠纷问题，活动重点介绍了正规维权调解渠道。投资者与证券公司、期货公司、上市公司、证券投资咨询机构发生纠纷时，可通过12386中国证监会服务平台热线、中证资本市场法律服务中心线上调解平台，以及线下行业相关渠道申请调解，依法维护自身合法权益。 数据显示，近三年，协会累计受理各类资本市场投资纠纷187件，涉案金额2805万元，成功化解纠纷115件，累计为投资者挽回经济损失462万元，案件回访满意度保持100%。
