21世纪经济报道 5月19日，重庆金融监管局发布批复，同意小米通讯技术有限公司（以下简称“小米通讯”）受让重庆金山控股（集团）有限公司（以下简称“金山控股”）持有的重庆小米消费金融10%股权。 本次受让完成后，小米通讯对小米消金的持股比例将从50%升至 60%，进一步巩固其控股股东地位。重庆金融监管局在批复中要求，小米消金须严格履行股权变更相关程序，加强股权管理，优化股权结构，严控股东关联交易，完善公司治理与内控机制，防范化解金融风险。 公开资料显示，小米消金是经原中国银保监会批准设立的全国性非 银行 金融机构，于2020年5月29日获批开业，为全国第二十六家、重庆市第二家开业的持牌消费金融公司，注册资本15 亿元。 小米消金2025年度信息披露报告显示，其由小米通讯、重庆农商行、金山控股、重庆大顺电器（集团）、重庆金观捷莱五金市场有限公司5家股东持股，持股比例分别为50%、30%、10%、9.8%、0.2%。 截至2025年末，小米消金总资产208.07亿元，同比下降4.03%；净资产18.3亿元。全年实现营业收入11.797亿元，较去年的6.57亿元大幅增长79.75%；净利润1.31亿元，同比增长13.91%。 （文章来源：21世纪经济报道）
