菲律宾前总统杜特尔特（资料图） 总台记者获悉，当地时间5月22日，国际刑事法院驳回了菲律宾前总统杜特尔特提出的因健康状况要求临时释放的请求。杜特尔特将被继续羁押。 国际刑事法院第三审判分庭作出这一裁决。分庭称，杜特尔特的健康状况已由三名国际刑事法院指定的医学专家进行检查，其报告“未包含任何足以证明”应准予这位前总统临时保释的信息。 分庭还指出，4月23日国际刑事法院确认对杜特尔特的指控，这增加了被告潜逃的风险。 杜特尔特的辩护团队此前提出，这位前总统因平衡能力丧失而频繁跌倒，且其记忆力衰退已无法指使他人干扰证人，因此申请临时释放。 杜特尔特在担任菲律宾达沃市市长和菲总统期间发起反毒行动。2018年2月，国际刑事法院通知菲律宾政府，将对杜特尔特领导的打击毒品犯罪行动是否有违反人权的情况展开“初步调查”。菲律宾2019年正式退出国际刑事法院。2025年3月11日，杜特尔特在马尼拉国际机场被警方逮捕并被送至国际刑事法院受审。4月23日，国际刑事法院确认了针对杜特尔特的指控，将以三项所谓“反人类罪”罪名对他进行审判。 （总台记者 黄铮铮）
