上证报中国证券网讯5月28日，深交所2026全球投资者大会在深圳开幕。深交所理事长沙雁在大会上发表致辞时表示，上个月，中国证监会发布了《关于深化创业板改革更好服务新质生产力发展的意见》，目前，深交所已受理改革落地后的首批优质创新企业IPO申请，争取尽快形成一批典型案例，确保创业板改革取得扎扎实实的成效。 沙雁说，本次深化创业板改革旨在进一步提升创业板的包容性、适应性和吸引力。增设创业板第四套上市标准，不设盈利要求，强化成长性、创新性指标，引入创业板IPO预先审阅机制，更好满足新兴产业和未来产业领域优质创新创业企业的需求。提升上市公司再融资、并购重组的便利性，完善大宗交易、盘后固定价格交易机制等，更好适配中长期资金交易特点。在服务科技创新的同时，积极支持新型消费、现代服务业等领域优质创新创业企业登陆创业板。这次改革也特别注重投资者权益保护，加强全过程、各环节、各参与主体的监管力度。 （文章来源：上海证券报·中国证券网）
