四川在线记者 秦勇 围绕贯彻落实市场监管总局《网络餐饮服务经营者落实食品安全主体责任监督管理规定》和《网络食品销售经营者落实食品安全主体责任监督管理规定》，四川将采取哪些措施做好网络交易平台监管？5月27日，在省政府新闻办举行的新闻发布会上，省市场监管局网监处处长蒋鸿宇就这个问题向记者作了解答。 新闻发布会现场。省食品安全委员会办公室供图 严把准入关口，压实平台主体责任。四川坚持源头治理，聚焦新规中“实质性审查”和“动态核验”要求，督促平台当好“守门人”。一方面，要求平台对入网经营者的营业执照、食品经营许可证或备案证等进行核验，坚决杜绝无证、资质失效商家上线经营。另一方面，要求平台建立常态化动态核验机制，对所有入网经营者落实实名登记，每6个月核验更新一次。 聚焦合规提质，推动平台规范经营。四川持续开展平台协议规则治理，重点防范平台利用自身优势，侵害消费者、入驻商家合法权益等问题。同时，压实平台合规管理主体责任，督促平台健全合规风险排查、整改和调度机制，主动排查化解经营风险。在此基础上，实施分层分级监管，对省内重点网络交易平台开展“体检式”合规评价，查找平台管理漏洞，推动平台全面提升合规经营水平。 强化动态监测，持续净化网络交易环境。今年以来，省市场监管局共监测网站2.1万个次、网店13.6万家次、商品信息711.5万条次、网页476.9万页次，覆盖了微信小程序、抖音、快手等主流线上经营渠道，累计发现涉嫌违法违规信息418条，及时处置了一批网络食品经营风险隐患。
