\t\t\t\t\t\t5月23日，中國山西省秦源縣的柳神裕煤礦發生瓦斯爆炸。該事故造成82名礦工死亡，另有130人受傷，成為過去15年來全國同類事故中最嚴重的一次。然而，路透社報導，這起事故揭露了山西通州煤炭焦化集團的高層貪腐行為，該集團高層已被逮捕。 <\/p>\n

顯然，公司維護了兩套獨立的計畫與監控系統。一組與實際作業對應，另一組則用於管理官方檢查，部分礦區則超出監管範圍。同時也證明礦場人員招募存在嚴重不規則，且缺乏適當的偵測或安全設備。此外，還有隱藏的隧道，礦石被以危險且非法的方式開採。<\/p>\n

這些額外礦石並未反映在公司開採報告中，因為公司故意安裝了假門以隱藏非法隧道。上週五爆炸發生時，官方登記冊顯示礦井內只有124名工人，但根據週一國家廣播CCTV播出的畫面，當時共有247名工人，顯示有123人未登記，且在官方範圍外的隧道中工作。缺乏準確的地圖和礦工位置資訊，嚴重阻礙了救援行動，失蹤者的搜尋仍在持續中。<\/p>\n
