近日，中国人民 银行 深圳市分行发布行政处罚决定书，剑指 中国银行 股份有限公司深圳市分行及相关责任人。 罚单显示， 中国银行 深圳市分行的主要违法违规行为是：违反金融统计相关规定；占压财政存款或者资金；违反金融科技相关规定；违反信用信息采集、提供、查询及相关管理规定。 针对上述违法行为，中国人民 银行 深圳市分行对其给予警告，并罚款462.35万元；同时， 中国银行 深圳市分行信用卡部孙某武作为相关责任人，被处罚款14.3万元。 中国银行 官网显示， 中国银行 1912年2月正式成立，先后行使中央 银行 、国际汇兑银行和国际贸易专业银行职能。1949年以后，长期作为国家外汇外贸专业银行，统一经营管理国家外汇，开展国际贸易结算、侨汇和其他非贸易外汇业务。1994年改组为国有独资商业银行，全面提供各类金融服务，发展成为本外币兼营、业务品种齐全、实力雄厚的大型商业银行。2006年率先成功在香港联交所和上交所挂牌上市，成为国内首家“A+H”上市银行。 2025年末，该行在中国境内及境外64个国家和地区设有机构，覆盖45个共建“ 一带一路 ”国家和地区，在境外16个国家和地区担任指定人民币清算行。 2025年报显示，2025年 中国银行 实现营收6583.10亿元，同比增长4.48%；归母净利润2430.21亿元，同比增长2.18%。截至2025年末，中国银行资产总额突破38万亿元，不良贷款率较2024年末下降0.02个百分点至1.23%。 截至2025年末，中国银行信用卡贷款余额为4860.05亿元，较2024年末的5934.03亿元骤降1073.98亿元，全年降幅高达18.10%，无论是绝对减少额还是降幅，均位居六大国有行之首。而这一收缩节奏贯穿2025年全年——早在2025年上半年阶段，该行信用卡贷款余额已降至5224.99亿元，较年初下降13.88%。 贷款余额大幅收缩的同时，中国银行信用卡资产质量的显著承压。2025年末，中国银行信用卡不良贷款率升至2.18%，较2024年末的1.73%同比抬升0.45个百分点。从纵向来看，这一攀升趋势在2025年上半年已有显现——去年半年报显示，该行信用卡减值比例为1.93%，相比2024年末的1.73%已出现明显上升。 中国银行信用卡消费端数据同样折射出业务的收缩态势。2025年，中国银行信用卡消费额为11036.77亿元，较2024年的12864.70亿元下降约14.7%；信用卡分期交易额从2024年的3466.80亿元降至2218.27亿元，下降36.01%。在发卡量方面，截至2025年末，中国银行信用卡累计发卡量达15009.75万张，较2024年末的14794.04万张略有增长。 来源：中国人民银行深圳市分行官网等 （文章来源：消费日报财经）
