考慮到網路上對《星刃》首位主角的態度，較小的身形和較年輕的外貌可能會引起一些質疑，但對於系列的第二部作品，團隊更注重個性。 「在製作第一款遊戲時，我對角色EVE感到掙扎——特別是要讓角色成為玩家同理心的空白畫布，還是讓她充滿個性。看到玩家們完成第一代的反應，我意識到即使是個性鮮明、鮮明的角色，玩家也能完全沉浸其中。所以這次，我們設計EVE要讓角色更加鮮明，」 炯泰解釋。<\/p>\n

「在戰鬥方面，我覺得讓一個身材嬌小的角色進行激烈的近戰格鬥會非常吸引人。我覺得使用前作的武器會讓呈現全新內容變得困難，因此我們選擇了新的近戰格鬥方式。不過，各種武器，包括反刃劍，會因合理性而擴充，玩家選擇的範圍也會大幅增加。」<\/p>\n

第一代遊戲著重於近戰，但從第二代預告片來看，我們似乎會更接近，利用拳頭和強力護臂將敵人擊成紅色霧氣。新主角是粉絲們會持續關注的焦點，但希望刻意年輕的造型不代表我們會看到第一代那種服裝。<\/p>\n
