四川在线泸州消息(胡光杰 文\/图)眼下，正值夏季蔬菜成熟上市的季节。近日，走进泸县福集镇石鸭滩村蔬菜基地，连片的茄子、豇豆长势喜人，紫红饱满的长茄挂满枝头，翠绿的豇豆垂条累累。村民们正抢抓农时，穿梭在田间地头忙着采摘、分拣、装筐。 石鸭滩村蔬菜基地总面积达170多亩。为进一步提高土地利用率和产出效益，基地积极探索高效种植模式，套种高粱、大豆120余亩，同时种植茄子15余亩、豇豆15余亩。据基地负责人介绍，目前茄子和豇豆均已进入采收高峰期，每天采摘量在15000斤以上，预计茄子亩产量可达10000斤，豇豆亩产量在5000斤左右。 为确保蔬菜品质和销路畅通，蔬菜基地全部采用订单式销售模式，与美佳乐等大型超市建立了稳定的合作关系。蔬菜采收后，按照实时市场价格进行供货，实现了“时采时销”，从田间到货架的无缝对接既保证了蔬菜的新鲜度，也有效规避了市场风险。 “上午采摘的蔬菜，中午就能送到超市，顾客当天就能买到最新鲜的茄子、豇豆。”基地负责人何远琴表示。这种订单农业模式不仅拓宽了销路，更让基地发展有了“定心丸”。 蔬菜产业的发展也为周边村民带来了实实在在的收益。基地常年吸纳附近村民务工，农忙时节用工量可达十余人，有效带动了村民就近就业、增收致富。
