6月17日，记者在深圳城市更新项目产融对接会了解到，11个城市更新重点攻坚项目分场次与商业 银行 、 资产管理 公司等开展深度对接，12个新开工、续建等城市更新项目与金融机构进行意向融资签约，签约金额达155亿元。 深圳市住房和建设局（深圳市城市更新局）相关负责人介绍，近年来深圳已出台《关于进一步规范城市更新项目管理有关事项的通知》《深圳市城市更新项目“清调供”工作指引》等政策，针对部分项目推进难、成本高等问题作出调整，为项目提速提供制度支持。目前相关政策已基本出清，政府方面已降低预期，并为企业减负松绑。 今年以来，深圳市委金融办推出“金融顾问”联区赋能机制，联合市发改委、市财政局、市住建局等部门组建投融资“金融顾问团”，以“日常对接+定期巡诊+重大项目联动”方式介入项目服务。 据了解，此次对接会签约金额155亿元，涉及新开工、续建扩融等类型。会议现场，东方 资产管理 公司深圳分公司、 工商银行 深圳市分行、戴德梁行代表分别就前期融资模式、多元化融资工具应用及咨询服务实践作了案例分享。 此外，对接会还设置了三个平行会场，11个项目分场次与商业 银行 、 资产管理 公司等进行深入交流。主办方表示，后续将在此次对接基础上，持续完善产融对接机制，推进百个城市更新重点攻坚项目的落地、开工和建设进度。 （文章来源：上海证券报·中国证券网）
