新华社北京6月25日电（记者李明辉）第36个全国土地日到来之际，公安部25日公布4起非法占用农用地典型案例，旨在依法严厉打击非法占用农用地犯罪，全力守护国家粮食安全和生态安全。 这4起典型案例包括辽宁铁岭宋某华非法占用农用地案、江西吉安陈某荣非法占用农用地案、湖北红安秦某胖非法占用农用地案、湖南新宁郑某飞等人非法占用农用地案。 从通报的典型案例来看，全国公安机关坚持问题导向，重点打击非法占用耕地、林地等建房、挖沙、采矿、堆放固体废弃物，假借农业设施或农业园区名义建设“大棚房”，未批先建、少批多占以及“化整为零”蚕食耕地等犯罪行为，及时侦破了一批非法占用农用地刑事案件。 记者还了解到，今年1月至5月，全国公安机关共立案侦办非法占用农用地刑事案件近2000起。为做好协同共治，公安部、自然资源部还联合印发涉嫌破坏耕地犯罪案件移送指引，进一步健全线索通报、案件移送、信息共享、检验鉴定、涉案物品处置等机制，推动源头治理、综合治理，及时消除了一批危害农用地安全的风险隐患。 公安部环境资源和食品药品犯罪侦查局有关负责人表示，公安机关将始终保持对非法占用农用地犯罪的高压严打态势，切实维护国家粮食安全和生态安全。同时，提醒广大群众，如发现非法占用农用地违法犯罪线索，请及时向公安机关和有关部门举报。 原标题：公安机关依法严厉打击非法占用农用地犯罪 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
