6月22日，芯联集成(688469)控股公司芯联动力宣布正式推出3300V SiC MOSFET器件。据介绍，该产品填补了国内高压SiC器件在固态变压器核心功率级应用中的关键空白，是AI基础设施电源及高压宽禁带 半导体 领域的关键突破。 当前，随着生成式AI算力需求呈指数级增长，单AI机柜功率密度正向兆瓦级别迈进。 英伟达 年初宣布推动AI 数据中心 供电架构向800V HVDC演进，固态变压器成为AI 数据中心 领域的关键环节；在 智能电网 与 新能源 领域，固态变压器同样发挥着核心作用。随着固态变压器市场的逐步起量，高压SiC器件将迎来更明确的量产需求。 据芯联动力介绍，此次推出的3300V SiC MOSFET器件面向固态变压器（SST）等高压、高功率密度、高可靠性应用场景深度定制，目前已向核心客户送样验证。基于3300V器件优势形成的 综合 方案，可实现系统级BOM成本降低20%~35%，为固态变压器向更高开关频率、更小体积和更高转换效率演进提供核心器件支撑。 资料显示，芯联动力聚焦于 碳化硅 (SiC) 和 氮化镓 (GaN) 的一站式系统解决方案，主要服务于 新能源 汽车 、AI 数据中心 电源、能源与工控等领域，拥有国内首条8英寸 碳化硅 MOSFET产线，是国内少数实现 新能源 汽车 主驱SiC芯片量产的企业，目前主要布局数据中心800V HVDC的SiC及GaN解决方案、固态变压器SST器件等AIDC领域。据第三方研究平台NE时代发布2026年一季度数据，芯联动力 碳化硅 功率模块装机量位居国内第二，市场份额达到14.6%。 （文章来源：证券时报网）
