为完善价格社会监督体系，探索在重要商品现货交易场所、行业协会建立价格监督员制度，规范经营主体价格竞争行为，近日，市场监管总局起草形成《实施价格监督员制度暂行规定（征求意见稿）》，自6月29日至7月28日向社会公开征求意见。 市场监管总局表示，建立价格监督员制度，是深入整治“内卷式”竞争的有力抓手，是完善价格治理机制的制度创新，是规范市场价格秩序的重要途径。有利于压实企业价格合规管理主体责任，健全行业协会自律功能，优化高效协同、多元共治的价格治理机制，推动形成优质优价、良性竞争的市场秩序。 征求意见稿主要包括四方面内容： 一是价格监督员制度框架，包括目的依据、适用范围、相关定义和职责分工等； 二是价格监督员的产生，包括基本条件、产生程序、人员变更、名额管理等； 三是价格监督员的职责，包括基本职责、禁止行为、保障措施等； 四是价格监督员的管理，包括业务测评、业务学习、管理统筹、工作纪律等。 （文章来源： 期货 日报）
