微軟已正式確認，自 2026 年 7 月 13 日起，Office 2019 for Mac 將全面進入近乎「唯讀」的運作狀態。屆時，Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook 及 OneNote 等應用程式雖仍可啟動，但僅保留兩項功能：開啟既有檔案與執行列印作業。編輯、儲存、建立新文件等核心操作均將遭到鎖定。<\/p>\n

<\/a>相同限制亦將延伸至流動裝置，於 iPadOS 16 及 iOS 16 或更早版本系統上運行之 Office 應用程式，亦將同步受到影響。<\/p>\n

此問題的根源在於一張即將到期之數位憑證。該憑證用於驗證 Office 授權之合法性，其有效期限恰於 7 月 13 日截止。對於仍在支援週期內之 Office 版本，微軟已透過更新機制完成憑證更換；惟 Office 2019 for Mac 已於 2023年10月10日正式終止官方支援，此後不再接收任何更新，其版本號永久定格於 16.83 以下，因此無法獲取新版憑證。微軟亦明確表示，此問題無法透過重新安裝或任何更新方式進行補救。<\/p>\n

進入受限模式後，使用者介面將持續顯示授權無效之提示訊息。工具列中的編輯區域呈現灰暗狀態，儲存按鈕完全失效，新建文件之入口亦隨之消失。使用者僅能開啟舊有檔案瀏覽內容，或將其列印為紙本稿件、匯出為 PDF 格式。此即意味著，使用者當年一次性買斷之辦公套件，已徹底退化為僅能檢視而無法編輯之文件閱讀器。<\/p>\n

對於仍依賴 Office 2019 for Mac 之用戶，若欲恢復編輯功能，僅剩三種途徑：訂閱 Microsoft 365、一次性購入 Office 2024，或轉向免費之網頁版 Office，透過瀏覽器完成編輯作業。<\/p>\n

另有一項實用提醒：用戶務必於 7 月 13 日之前，將重要文件之最新修改妥善儲存。一旦功能受限，任何未儲存之變更均將無法留存。<\/p>\n

惟此項危機僅針對 Mac 版本。Windows 版 Office 2019 完全不受影響，仍可正常運作。<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
