騰訊科技援引《連線》雜誌最新調查，Meta長期運營的秘密項目「戛納計劃」（Cannes）遭到曝光，該計劃由合作外包商 Covalen 落地，雇傭數百名外包人員，偽裝成未成年人向 OpenAI ChatGPT、Google Gemini 和 Character.AI 批量發送高危誘導提問，直至2026年4月仍在運行。<\/p>\n

<\/a>與正常的安全測試不同，這項行動的核心策略是系統性欺騙與試探，由合作方Covalen管理的外包員工，通過統一密碼批量註冊臨時郵箱，偽造姓名、年齡等身份信息，構建出高度仿真的未成年賬號。他們刻意模仿情緒偏激、內心扭曲的青少年語氣，以持續施壓的方式提問，試圖突破AI的安全底線，這些提問包括自殺、性暴力到毒品等違禁話題。2025年8月的一次集中測試中，集中投放了45000余條危險話術，其中3748條被內部表格標記為尺度露骨的惡意誘導，完全復刻了深陷心理危機兒童的視角。<\/p>\n

除了文字轟炸，測試人員還向 AI 批量發送藥片、刀具、絞索、婦科手術圖譜等敏感圖片，以多模態形式衝擊內容過濾機制，而且製作法語等非英語語料的違規內容，用於檢驗競品在多語言環境下的防禦能力。<\/p>\n

目前，OpenAI 已啓動內部調查，Google 和 Character.AI 也相繼明確表示，Meta 的行為違反了其平台規則。<\/p>\n

面對曝光後的輿論風暴，Meta 發言人表示這個行動是常規安全基準測試，評測對話機器人的內容合規與青少年保護水平是行業通用的優化手段，並表示「戛納計劃」用於模型橫向對比與合規校驗具有正面價值。<\/p>\n

但 Meta 發言人的說辭被競品和第三方機構反駁，OpenAI、Google 與 Character.AI 的服務條款均明確禁止未經授權、繞開安全防護的惡意探測，Meta 批量偽造未成年賬戶的誘導行為已構成實質違規。AI 安全機構 Humane Intelligence 批評此舉已完全越過正當紅隊測試的邊界，發言人號稱的基準測試是惡性商業競爭的托辭。<\/p>\n

雖有現在網絡上又極少數聲音認為極端場景測試具有現實參考價值，但主流輿論幾乎一邊倒地指責Meta不擇手段，不專注打磨自身模型的安全性，而是通過不正當手段來打擊對手。<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
