\t\t\t\t\t\t病假是一項在歐洲大致統一適用的就業權利，但如同任何複雜制度一樣，存在模糊之處，也會有人濫用病假。直到現在，在德國，如果你某天發燒無法起床，只要打電話通知就能獲得病假。但情況將不再如此。<\/p>\n

德國總理梅爾茲本人也不得不在電視上確認，截至今日，德國已暫停電話請病假。要申請病假，你需要在生病當天就取得正式的醫療證明。<\/p>\n

這項措施相當嚴厲，推測也未考慮到某些嚴重的突發狀況，但這是有原因的：梅爾茲表示：「我們知道這是一個艱難的決定。但我們已無法再承受因長期缺勤而產生的競爭劣勢。」<\/p>\n

僅在柏林，就有5萬名公務員，2025年平均請病假37天，而德國整體平均病假天數為22天。這些數字遠高於歐洲經濟區其他國家。<\/p>\n

這項變革在全國層面引發強烈批評。德國全科醫師協會會長馬庫斯·布盧門塔爾-拜爾（Markus Blumenthal-Beier）形容這項變革是「絕對災難性的」，因為其可能讓醫療系統不堪負荷，根據 Clash Report的報導。<\/p>\n

除了這些措施外，還有其他削減成本的提案，例如為推動數位化，聯邦人員減少8%，成長預測也將從0.8%下調至0.5%。<\/p>\n
