<\/a>在26年5月，Apple 達成 2.5億美元的集體訴訟和解協議，主要解決因 iPhone 16系列宣傳的 Siri AI 功能延遲上線導致的集體訴訟。<\/p>\n

Apple 於 2024年 WWDC 提前演示了搭載 Apple Intelligence 的全新個性化 Siri，隨後在 iPhone 16 發售階段對該功能進行大範圍的廣告投放。<\/p>\n

可惜的是，Apple 最終沒有按照預期開放 Siri AI 功能，在 2025年3月宣佈推遲上線。隨後用戶群體便以 Apple 虛假宣傳、不正當競爭為由進行集體訴訟。<\/p>\n

最終 Apple 同意以 2.5億美元進行統一賠付。本週加州負責該案的法院將召開和解初步批准聽證會，目前還未下達判決書。<\/p>\n

值得一提的是，目前距離開放賠償申領入口有至少數月時間，即使是賠付方案通過，最終資金發放會在 2026年末或 2027年初。好在符合賠付資格的用戶無需進行任何登記，只需等待官方的通知。<\/p>\n

此次的賠付面向 2024年6月10日至2025年3月29日期間於美國境內購入 iPhone 15 Pro、iPhone 15 Pro Max 和 iPhone 16 全系機型的消費者。每一部裝置會基礎賠付金額 25美元，如果提交申領的用戶數量要低於預估規模，可能賠付可以上調至 95美元。<\/p>\n

法院文件顯示，在和解初步批准完成的 45天內，符合資格的用戶便會收到郵件通知，同時會開放專門的理賠官網會進行申報，收到通知的用戶只需提交購機憑證便能申領補償金。<\/p>\n

此次 Apple 的賠付，會約束 Apple 未來產品的宣傳策略，不會過早宣傳尚未落地的方案。當前 iOS 27 測試版已上線完整版 Siri AI 智能功能，將核心交互能力進行補全。<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
