在最新一期《Power On》時事通訊中，知名科技博主 Mark Gurman 透露，Apple 正在開發 M8 處理器，代號 Soko。<\/p>\n

<\/a>M8 處理器採用台積電 1.4nm 工藝，是行業內的首款 1.4nm 處理器。按照台積電的規劃，2028年才開始量產 1.4nm 工藝。<\/p>\n

其實 Apple 多次首發台積電的先進工藝製程。例如 A17 Pro 首發台積電 3nm 工藝，領先對手高通和聯發科一代。<\/p>\n

台積電 1.4nm 工藝採用第二代 GAAFET（全環繞柵極）納米片晶體管技術，並引入 NanoFlex Pro 標準單元架構，開發人員可以在處理器設計時針對特定應用靈活調整晶體管配置，從而有效調度性能，優化功耗。<\/p>\n

台積電 1.4nm 工藝對比 N2 工藝，在相同功耗下性能提升 10% 至 15%，相同性能下功耗降低 25% 至 30%。處理器的邏輯晶體管密度提升約 23%，密度提升約 20%。<\/p>\n

按照台積電規劃，預計 1.4nm 於 2028年投產，目前已經在專門建設晶圓廠 Fab 25。2029年會升級背部供電網絡的增強版 1.4nm 工藝—— A14P，性能進一步加強。<\/p>\n

未來，除了 Apple M8，還會有 A22 Pro 採用相同的台積電 1.4nm 工藝。目前工藝還未具體落實，可能存在變數，需要後續持續跟進報道。<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
